The screenshot above is of the MMCC Supervisor Monitor, which
gives the Call Centre Supervisor an instant snapshot of what
individual agents are doing and what incoming calls, emails,
etc are in the queue. The Supervisor can drill down from this
screen to find out further statistics of agents, queues, etc.
