Content Management and Publication System (CMPS)

Content Management

Content that has been created, can be managed using our content management system. This provides a sortable list of current content that may be viewed. Using our system security roles and relationships, Vendors and Administrators can both use the same portal. The content and functions available to the user will depend on their security clearance.

This section can be used to perform the following tasks.

  • Content Review and Approval

Available content can be activated or de-activated, only active content is displayed in a publication. If vendor created content has to be approved, prior to publication, the content created by the vendor will be marked as pending. This content will become active once approved by an administrator. All editing functions illustrated in the 'Content Creation' section are also available in this section.

Vendor Pages can also be managed and approved in the same manner.

  • Catalogue Header Management (Administrators Only)

Our templating system is not restricted to content only. Catalogue headers are also able to be created and administered here. A catalogue header is a customised template or group of templates. These templates govern the display of the title for each publication category. The look of these headers, like the content, can be customised to suit the look and feel of any existing marketing material or websites.

  • Alerts (Administrators Only)

The CRM Content Management system helps you keep track of: vendors who have not submited contents, content that is about to expire, and publication categories that have no ads. This will help keep the catalogues fresh and up to date, thus, improving member satisfaction with your site.

  • Basic Report (Administrators Only)

A basic report is included in this section. This gives administrators a list of content that has been submitted, and the approval status of each piece of content. This list can be restricted to certains dates. This is useful for getting a list of content submiited in the last n days. More complex reports are explained in the Content and Publication Reporting section.
