Content and Publication Reporting

Each time a publication category is viewed, this event is recorded in the system. Also recorded is whether the click to this category was from the web, or from an email promotion.The system also records when an individual piece of content is viewed. This data is accessible through a number of standard reports built into the system. These reports give breakdowns of: the most popular categories, the most popular individual pieces of content, and content/publication viewing trends over time. Other reports can be created according to the individual requirements of the program.
